Friends,

We just had our first concert on the Hide and Seek Tour in Southport, NC. We had a great evening at Franklin Square Park. God never ceases to amaze me. He is always ready to pour out His Spirit, if we are willing to get out of the way.

We had the privilege of staying at our friends’ home (Chuck and Cindy Silvey). They literally let us make ourselves at home.  We actually got to sleep late for the first time in forever.  Praise the Lord!

We have known the Silvey’s since 1993.  We met them at Osborne Baptist Church in Eden, NC.  God has continued to keep us connected over the years and the Silvey’s always open new doors for ministry for us in the coastal area of NC.

It was great catching up on old times and making some new memories that will outlast our trip.  We are headed to Burlington, NC to share with the students at Harvest Baptist for their Wednesday night youth service.

Please pray for our team as we travel together over the next 2 weeks.  We are in NC now and will be traveling to WV, PA, and then on to NY.  We have a packed schedule.   Our team consists of Jacob & Carmen Phillips, Tyler McMullins, Derek Cress, Mary McClure and me.

Ridge stayed at home on this trip.  He is wearing a heart monitor for the next couple of weeks and was a little leery of making the trip with us.  He has been having some rapid heartbeat spells and we are believing for God to take care of the problem.  We are missing him on the road, but he is holding down the fort at home.

Pray for Ridge and Michelle.  They were recently engaged and seeking God’s will and direction on their future.  They have been through a lot in their relationship and both have grown a great deal.

We are working on a fundraiser right now for our ministry.  We have been asked to go the Niswonger Performing Arts Center in Greeneville, TN to perform.  They wanted us to bring a show that we have performed at LampLight Theatre.  We will be taking “R.I.P.” (Rest in Peace) with the Foggy Valley Gang.  It is a comedy about a funeral. It was well received, therefore we will be doing a command performance at the Niswonger.

NPAC (Niswonger) is charging $20 per ticket for the performance, but we get half of the proceeds.  The arts center holds 1200 and we want to sell out.  If you are interested in coming or would like to help sell tickets for the performance, we could really use your support.  For more information, please call (423)348-7610.

We would love to see you come out to one of our concerts on this tour. Please look at our schedule and be praying for all of these dates.  Also, invite your friends to the concerts as well.  We are so pumped to see what God is going to do.   Please come out and be a part of it.

Billy Wayne
